It’s a struggle

Doing thing right is harder than just doing them ‘somehow’.

It’s a struggle to get your team members on board.

You have to convince management to accept increased development times because you’ll be doing things you haven’t done before ("And somehow things worked before. So what’s this all about?").

You have to change your own ways. Accept more work for you. Almost no quick wins here.

It’s a struggle.

The alternative is to keep doing what you’ve done before. Are you ready to accept the struggle?
